These Ericsson IoT Developer Portal (Developer Portal) Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Developer Portal, including all its web pages, communication channels, tools, downloads, and support, trainings, and other services.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE DEVELOPER PORTAL. BY ACCESSING DEVELOPER PORTAL, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. The content provided on the Developer Portal pages is, in Ericsson AB’s opinion, reliable and carefully compiled. However, Ericsson AB (Ericsson or we) assume no liability for the completeness, correctness and accuracy of all content on the Developer Portal. When you shared any content to the Developer Portal you acknowledge that the commenting rules for ericsson.com apply.
Ericsson may elect to change or supplement the terms of this agreement from time to time at its sole discretion. Ericsson will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice on the Developer Portal of any material changes to the agreement. Changes will be binding as soon as they are posted. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue using the Developer Portal at that time. If you continue accessing Developer Portal after that time, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes to this agreement.
The laws of Sweden govern these Developer Portal terms and conditions without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
